If you like Rye Whiskey, you'll be very pleased with this premium small batch. Lots of caramel on the nose with hints of citrus and floral. The first sip is dark chocolate followed by nice sweetness and rich caramel, floral, citrus, and some herbaceous mint. The finish is long and lingers with nice sweetness, dark molasses, floral, a bit of mint and hints of citrus. The oak is perfectly balanced at just the right amount.

B. H.
